Ardini
Planet of Origin: Ardin
The Ardini were founding members of the Alliance that currently controls the Darkon Sector. They are a telepathic species and, as such, tend to keep to their planetary system. Though talented diplomats by nature, few people trust them due to their telepathy.

Bromiri
Planet of Origin: Illesh
The Bromiri are shrewd traders throughout the seven sectors. Their planet, Illesh, is over ninety percent aquatic. Most Bromiri have the ability to survive underwater but they have built several floating islands to be more accessible to non-aquatic life forms.
The Bromiri were the first to impose trade sanctions on the Quuvarii due to their slave trading practices.

Dudra
Planet of Origin: Hitenso
Dudra usually find positions as soldiers and engineers, by temperament they are rarely suited for any other position. Those that remain on Hitenso occupy a small continent of the planet where their ancestors were originally forced to live during the Fall of the Empire.
Planet of Origin: Hitenso
The Dudra were the cloned soldiers of the Kriften Empire. Though the Empire crumbled generations ago, a few of the cloning machines survived. Those machines are tended by Dudra to keep their species from dying out as most clones were created with no reproductive organs. A small percentage, created toward the end of Empire, are able to reproduce naturally.

Human
Planet of Origin: Earth
While Humanity evolved on Earth, the only known remaining Humans exist on Unity or at the Ne'Vha Colony due to the attack on Earth (or Old Earth) by the Quuvarii.
Twenty five humans fled on Unity - now numbering just over a thousand - while several hundred human slaves were taken by the Quuvarii invaders during the attack.
Earth's current condition is unknown, but several high yield nuclear detonations occurred following the original invasion.

Illarian
Planet of Origin: Tiarge
The Illarians are a deeply spiritual species. Unlike most space travelers, their intention is not wealth, conquest or knowledge. They seek to spread the word of their gods to other species. Some do so passively with no ill intentions while some smaller segments of the population choose to aggressively attack non-believers.

Ilyxian
Planet of Origin: Lypiopia
The native planet of the Ilyxian is a small planet with only 10% land mass. The land mass that does exist is lush vegetation. Ilyxians are partly plant based, they have chlorophyll type cells in their skin. This enables them to live in bright light of the correct wavelength without food. If forced to live in the dark, they will slowly starve. When on ships or planets not their home world, they eat fruits almost exclusively.
Few Ilyxian's venture off world due to their biology. Those that have left are often ensnared by a handful of pirates who constantly orbit their planet in hopes of an easy catch.

Janthrowr
Planet of Origin: Ovograk
The planet Ovograk has a much higher gravity then most life-producing planets. The natives have large, strong bones and can lift three times the weight of most space going species. Their skin is thick which shields them well on most planets.
They love travel, meeting new people and are highly sought after for crews on long range space ships.
It's been said that you can find an Ovograk shop keeper on every major colony or station in the seven sectors.

Koval
Planet of Origin: Eteang
The majority of the Koval survive as traders, merchants, farmers or miners. Their planet continues to thrive with a caste-based system and only those in the correct castes are entitled to leave the planet's surface.

The Nobles make up less than one percent of the Koval population and yet control every aspect of life for their people.
LIL Units
Planet of Origin: Ne'Vha Colony
The original LIL unit was simply called Lilobot - and was a personal assistant to Doctor Kane until his death, Most assume the acronym came about because of Doctor Kane’s hermit lifestyle. Lilobot dealt with all of the Doctor's dealings with other people.
Planet of Origin: Ne'Vha Colony
LIL, or Lifelike Interspecies Liason, was originally created by Doctor Bradley Kane, a human scientist living on Ne’Vha Colony. According to his biography, he wanted to create a humanoid robot in order to preserve the image humanity for generations to come. All LIL units appear human - though there are many different models.
The original LIL unit was simply called Lilobot - and was a personal assistant to Doctor Kane until his death, Most assume the acronym came about because of Doctor Kane’s hermit lifestyle. Lilobot dealt with all of the Doctor's dealings with other people.
Now, LIL units serve in many capacities around the colony and even in other systems in the sector. Their rights as sentient beings have often been a matter of contention but Doctor Kane’s own words usually protect them and illustrate their independence.
Special thanks to Kaleeko for use of Lilobot.
Other popular LIL Units include:
LIL Inara - specialized in medicinal services
LIL Lisette - specialized in diplomatic services
LIL Katrine - specialized in engineering services

Quuvarii
Planet of Origin: Nejuo
Originally a warrior species, the Quuvarii conquered and enslaved many planets during their earliest space faring days. They were the first species in their sector to discover the Rings which transported them to distant parts of the galaxy in the blink of an eye. After discovering the first orbiting a planet in their system, they sent out several ships to find and control others. Most of those ships never returned to Nejuo.
After neighboring systems began imposing trade sanctions, the Quuvarii slave trading came to an end.

Zinji
Planet of Origin: Kleyt
The Zinji are a very xenophobic species who occupy a small, three planet system between Ne'Vha Colony and Nejuo.
Kleyt is very lush and habitable while Klext is covered mostly in desert and has very little water. Young Zinji men are sent to Klext to endure a trial before they are allowed to enter the Zinji workforce.
Those that do not pass the tests are ostracized and unlikely to find a mate or gainful employment.

Zysophro
Planet of Origin: Kyra
Zysophro tend toward being brilliant technicians but rarely work well with anyone outside their species, though there are notable exceptions. If you can prove a Zysophro wrong on a point, they can change their path but when there is no proof, they will insist their way is right.
Their home world has almost entirely been converted to factories and dwellings, making it necessary for them tocolonizenearby areas to grow food. As a result, they are among the sector's foremost terraformers and are often sought out for these abilities.
